Your holiday in Ötztal is the best time of the year. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, there are many inclusive services at Apart Felsenhof. For example, free parking for the duration of your stay, use of wellness facilities or free WIFI. Pets are also welcome on request.

Terms of cancellation ummer 2024:
- Free cancellation up to 91 nights before arrival.
- from 90 nights to 31 nights before arrival a fee of 40% will be charged
- From 30 nights to 7 nights before arrival a fee of 70% will be charged.
- From 6 nights before arrival 90% of the total cost will be charged.

- Free canellation up to 91 nights before arrival
- From 90 nights to 31 nights before arrival a fee of 40% will be charged.
- From 30 nights to 7 nights before arrival a fee of 70% will be charged.
- From 6 nights before arrival 90% of the total cost will be charged.
The deposit is 30% of the total price.
Check-In from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Check-Out until 09.30 am
In the event of a late arrival, we request you to call us.
The Apart Felsenhof is an AQUA DOME partner. You are able to buy your entrance tickets directly from us and receive a 5% discount.
Your are welcome to charge your electric car for € 0,60 per KW. Agreement at the reception.
Our comfortable lounge is on the ground floor and equipped with a 55” television, a fridge with refeshments, room for 20 people, table football, and various board gamed, glasses, cutlery and crockery.
There is lift in the Apart Felsenhof.
All apartments contain a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, balcony, kitchen/living room (induction hob, fridge, mini-grill, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, glasses, soda stream, dishwasher tablets), toilet paper, kitchen roll, towels and bed linen.
Fresh bread is available daily from the Fiegl bakery, situated opposite Apart Felsenhof. We are happy to provide you with the actual opening times.
We are happy to provide bathrobes free of charge on request.
The bus stop “Huben Gh Alpenblick” is approx. 50 m away from Apart Felsenhof.
€65 to €75 will be charged depending on the Apartment.
Pets are welcome on request. There is a charge of €10.00 per pet without food.
Free WIFI throughout the house.
Approx.: 5 min. on foot from the Apart Felsenhof is the “miniM” supermarket. We are happy to provide opening times.
In summer the Ötztal Inside summer card is provided at the time of booking.

Free parking is available at the apartments throughout your stay.
The sauna can be used on request daily between 4.30 pm and 8.00 pm free of charge.
It is recommended that you purchase your lift pass online before you travel. It will save you time and money – flexible pricing is available online with a reduction of up to 20%. The lift pass can be collected at the lift station or from a machine with your QR code.
There is a ski and boot room available for you at Apart Felsenhof.

You are welcome to use the washing machine in Apart Felsenhof, washing powder is provided.
Throughout your stay you can use the infra-red cabin daily from 16.00 to 20.00.
